Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use honeypackco.com or buy from A-RAFAT LLC ("Honey Pack Co.," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

2. Products. Our products are honey-based foods and dietary supplements sold in single-serve sachets. Product photos are representative; packaging may vary slightly by batch.

3. Health information. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not use if you are allergic to honey or bee products.

4. Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price with a full refund. We may limit quantities or refuse orders we believe are fraudulent or for resale.

5. Promotions. Bundle prices can't be combined with other discount codes unless stated.

6. Shipping and returns follow our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Payments. Your card is charged when you place your order. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may share order and delivery records with the bank to resolve it.

8. Reviews and messages. Reviews you submit must be honest and about your own experience. You give us permission to display them on our site and in our marketing. We may remove reviews that are false, offensive, or contain medical claims.

9. Site content. Text, photos and design on this site belong to Honey Pack Co. or are used with permission. Product brand names belong to their respective manufacturers.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
