Shipping Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

Free shipping on every US order, and free 2-day shipping on bundles. No minimum and no hidden fees.

Order cutoff	2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
Orders before the cutoff	Ship the same business day
Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and US holidays	Ship the next business day
Bundles (orders of $99 or more)	Free 2-day shipping: arrives 2 business days after shipping
Single boxes (orders under $99)	Free standard shipping: arrives 3 to 5 business days after shipping
Where we ship	All 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Discreet packaging. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. The outside of the package does not show what's inside, and the return address shows only our company name.

Tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates are based on carrier service times. Weather, carrier delays or incorrect addresses can occasionally add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days, email support@honeypackco.com and we'll sort it out.

Address errors. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 2 hours of ordering. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted. Delivery to these may take longer than 2 days.
